Differentiated learning management at SMP Negeri 1 Kauditan

Abstract
This research aims to determine the implementation of differentiated
learning management as well as the obstacles faced and the efforts made. This
research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kauditan, Kauditan District, North
Minahasa Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The
research sources were school principals, teachers and students as informants to
find out the implementation of differentiated learning management as well as
the obstacles faced and the efforts made. Data collection techniques are
observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used
are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of
this research indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning
management has been implemented at the Kauditan 1 Public Middle School. The
stages of differentiated learning management carried out include planning,
organizing, implementing and evaluating. Despite this, in reality there are
several obstacles faced, but a number of efforts have also been made by SMP
Negeri 1 Kauditan.
